Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Services is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide behavioral health modalities and develop targeted treatment goals. You will work with children, teens and adults in clinic settings, with options for school or home-based sessions as needed.

The role requires a Master’s in Human Services and current licensure, plus preferred 2+ years of psychiatric treatment experience across individual, group, and family therapy. Knowledge of Arkansas laws is preferred.

• Master's Degree in a Human Services field from an accredited university.
• Current licensure (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW) is required.
• Two years psychiatric treatment experience preferred; experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
• Knowledge of Arkansas regulations governing services to children, adolescents and adults is preferred.

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across the state of Arkansas with service delivery models to fit the various needs of patients as young as age 5. We address a variety of emotional/behavioral health needs for children, teens and adults in a traditional clinic-based setting, but we’re also able to offer support by providing options for therapy sessions in the school or home. As a part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, we bring over 25 years of experience providing quality care to children and adolescents. At Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient, we bring that same experience and attention when treating our adult population.

The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist provides behavioral health modalities and develops specific treatment goals to targeted client population; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Masters Degree in a Human Services field, preferably Social Work, from an accredited university.
• Current licensure. (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW)
• A minimum of two years psychiatric treatment experience is preferred along with experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescent and adults preferred.
• A basic knowledge of educational, psychological and social service systems as related to special education and behavior treatment preferred.
