Discovery Behavioral Health is seeking a Therapist to work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team in Dade City, FL. You will provide clinical assessments, individual and family therapy, and group sessions, following the Discovery Clinical Model.

The role emphasizes safety, timely documentation, and active collaboration with the treatment team. With a schedule of Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, on-site work, and a compensation range including a $5,000 sign-on bonus, the position offers

Qualificações

• Master's or Doctorate degree in relevant field; licensed to practice.
• Completion of state requirements and state license to conduct therapeutic interventions.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely clinical documentation throughout treatment.
• Manage a caseload of 5–6 RTC and 10–15 OP patients.
• Facilitate admission assessments and process for new patients.
• Lead psychoeducational and process-oriented groups daily in RTC/OP.
• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions; discharge planning.
