Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join a leader in the Healthcare space in a remote capacity. You will support assessment, treatment planning, and short-term counseling for individuals and families within a retail healthcare setting.

You will collaborate with a clinical care team to expand access to mental health services and support strong patient outcomes while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in GA or eligibility for multi-state licensure
• Experience with diagnostic assessment and short-term counseling
• Proven ability to use evidence-based behavioral health tools

For our client, we are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This remote role will provide behavioral health support within a retail healthcare setting, helping patients access timely, evidence-based care in a convenient community-based environment. You will work closely with a clinical care team to support assessment, treatment planning, and short-term counseling for individuals and families. The position also plays an important role in expanding access to mental health services while supporting strong patient outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $108,000 – $116,775 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals and families ages 13 and older
• Use evidence-based care tools for assessment and treatment planning
• Collaborate with the clinical care team to improve patient outcomes
• Help grow the practice while supporting a model without direct payor contracting and billing responsibilities
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia
• Proven experience in diagnostic assessment, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling using evidence-based methods
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution
• Ability to obtain licenses in multiple states as needed
• Strong crisis intervention skills
