Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed
• Master's degree from an accredited institution
• Strong skills in diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and short-term counseling using evidence-based methods
• Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration skills

For our client, we are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This remote role will focus on providing compassionate, evidence-based support to adolescents and adults with psychosocial needs. The position partners closely with a clinical care team to deliver high-quality short-term counseling, strengthen treatment planning, and help improve patient outcomes in a collaborative care environment. It is an opportunity to build a growing practice while avoiding the administrative burden of billing and credentialing.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $121,000 – $155,000 annually
