LifeStance Health is hiring Licensed Therapists in Tacoma, WA. You must be fully licensed in Washington (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW/LICSW) with experience serving adults and/or children/adolescents.

The role offers a competitive compensation range of $82,000–$109,000, driven by productivity, with a sign-on bonus, cash-based incentives, a robust benefits package, 401K with 4% match, and flexible full- or part-time options in a hybrid in-person/remote setup.

Location and Schedule

• Locations are throughout the area to make commuting easier
• Beautifully designed offices that are thoughtfully laid out
• Monday - Friday - weekends optional

Therapist are a critical part of our clinician team. We are seeking Therapists that are:

• Fully Licensed in Washington:
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW, LICSW)
• Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations
• Individual and or couples therapy
