Balance Point Wellness is a holistic mental health and wellness practice serving Maryland with in-person, hybrid, and telehealth programs. Our Salisbury office offers in-person and hybrid opportunities, while telehealth serves clients across Maryland and Delaware.

We are seeking licensed clinicians (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, Psychologist, and other Maryland-licensed professionals) to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Maryland licensure to independently or provisionally provide mental health treatment (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, Psychologist).
• Experience providing psychotherapy in a community-based behavioral health setting preferred.
• Criminal background check and pre-employment screenings completed as required.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload by providing ongoing individual therapy.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans.
• Document progress notes and maintain timely clinical documentation in our EHR.
• Meet monthly productivity expectations.

Balance Point Wellness is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and is a community-based, holistic mental health and wellness practice providing counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, adventure therapy, and wellness services to individuals and families throughout Maryland.

We proudly serve clients through our in-person, hybrid, and telehealth programs. In-person and hybrid opportunities are available in our Salisbury office location. We also provide telehealth services throughout Maryland, and Delaware, as well as school-based mental health services in Baltimore County and Harford County Public Schools.

We are seeking talented, compassionate licensed therapists (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, Psychologist, and other qualified Maryland-licensed clinicians) to join our growing team.

This is a W-2 Fee-for-Service position. Our Fee-for-Service opportunity offers unlimited earning potential with no income cap.

Therapist Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload by providing ongoing individual therapy.
• Complete psychosocial assessments.
• Develop person-centered treatment plans, as appropriate.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and progress notes in our cloud-based electronic health record (EHR).
• Meet monthly productivity expectations.

Requirements

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field required.
• Active Maryland licensure to independently or provisionally provide mental health treatment (e.g., LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, Psychologist).
• Experience providing psychotherapy in a community-based behavioral health setting preferred.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and any other required pre-employment screenings.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload while maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation.
