Job summary

Brightways Counseling Group in Oregon is hiring Mental Health Therapists across multiple locations, including Redmond, Mill Park (Portland), E. Burnside (Portland), Woodburn, Tigard, Eugene, and Salem.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health therapy to clients at multiple Oregon locations across Redmond, Mill Park (Portland), E. Burnside (Portland), Woodburn, Tigard, Eugene and Salem.
• Maintain a sustainable caseload with 28+ scheduled appointments weekly, with the option to work four days instead of five and to complete 22 sessions weekly.
• Engage in collaborative support through day-to-day clinical consultations, peer groups, and integrated care coordination to avoid isolation.

We want you to thrive, not burn out. Full-time schedules are 28 or more scheduled appointments weekly. You have the option to do this in 4 days instead of 5. This gives you an opportunity for 3 days each week to enjoy rest and have fun.
