Quest Center for Integrative Health in Portland, OR seeks a QMHP to provide counseling and crisis intervention within a multidisciplinary team. This salaried, exempt role involves conducting assessments, developing service plans, and coordinating care across providers.
Qualifications include graduate degrees in psychology, social work, or related mental health fields, and experience with LGBTQIA2S+, trauma, and diverse communities. Telehealth capability and documentation are required.

Employment: Salaried, Exempt, 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday – Friday; during Quest open working hours
Location: Quest Center – Multnomah. Remote work may be available and is at the discretion of management

This position adheres to laws regarding confidentiality and reporting requirements; and provides crisis intervention and/or conflict resolution.
