Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults in a hybrid setting combining in-person sessions with secure telehealth.

You will conduct assessments, develop diagnostic formulations, and deliver individual, family, and group therapies while coordinating care with psychiatrists to ensure continuity of treatment.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician qualified to provide outpatient therapy.
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.
• Competence in safety/risk evaluation and crisis response.
