Job summary

Valley Clinics in Oregon is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our healthcare team dedicated to integrated care with primary care partners.

You will provide evidence-based psychotherapy for outpatient clients, maintain HIPAA-compliant charting, and collaborate with medical and behavioral health professionals to ensure continuity of care. This is an in-person role with flexible full-/part-time options.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional in Oregon (LCSW, LPC, Clinical Psychologist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Compensation

• Competitive salary: $70,000 - $140,000+(depending on licensure and experience)
