LEAN ON ME INC in Oregon is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, and guide patients through crises. The role involves assessing clients, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and children.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in counseling or a related field, be PLPC/LCPC or intern-eligible, and have strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field.
• PLPC, LCPC, Intern.
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized.
