Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is hiring an Outpatient Therapist in Marlborough, MA to support access to quality mental health care. You’ll manage a caseload and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver treatment plans and documentation per policy.

Seeking clinicians with a master’s degree in behavioral sciences, active licensure or candidacy, and proficiency with Office 365 and EHRs (Valant preferred).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral science field is required or in progress.
• Clinical licensure in LMHC/LICSW/LMFT etc. preferred or in process.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans and case notes is expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create/implement a treatment plan.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Use creative interventions to help clients meet goals.
• Prepare/submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain a caseload of 26 client visits per week for full-time clinicians.
• Coordinate services with families, school staff and other personnel.

Responsibilities Include

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 26 client visits per week
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates are required to have a master\'s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
• Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LADC, LMFT, etc.)
• Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
• Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
