Job summary

Flourishing Peaceful Families is seeking licensed therapists to join as independent contractors. This role supports individuals, children, and families through non-medical therapy in a flexible Hybrid or Remote setting.

We value compassionate, client-centered care and a collaborative team environment. As a therapist, you will conduct intake assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and apply evidence-based methods to support holistic well-being.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field.
• Current and unrestricted state licensure or certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of ethical and legal standards.
• Compassionate and client-centered approach to service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments.
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children.
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with other team members and professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
