Cox Behavioral Health Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking Florida-licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and RMHCI to provide in-person therapy in Jacksonville and telehealth across Florida within licensure and supervision guidelines.

Cox Behavioral Health is growing, and we're looking for dedicated mental health professionals to join our Jacksonville team.

We're seeking Florida-licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns (RMHCI) who are passionate about delivering quality care in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and professionalism

Experience treating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, relationship concerns, and life transitions is a plus.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid — In-Person and Telehealth

Compensation: $45–$65 per completed session, based on credentials and experience

Expected Caseload: 15–25 completed sessions per week

Supervision: Qualified clinical supervision provided for registered interns
