Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) to assist providers in launching or expanding private practices by enabling insurance acceptance through our user-friendly platform.

This role also supports credentialing, compliance, and access to a wide range of insurance plans, including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid, while offering integrated EHR tools such as scheduling, secure messaging, templates, and CEU opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed mental health professional with Master’s level or higher credentials (LMHC, LPC, LCSW, etc.).
• Valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
• Prepared to start or grow a private practice by taking insurance and managing client care efficiently.
