Job summary

A supportive therapy practice in Chapel Hill, NC, is expanding and looking for a licensed clinician or associate to join their established group. Qualifications

Are you looking to build a stable caseload within a supportive, relational practice while maintaining control over your schedule?

Art of Wellness Counseling is expanding and seeking a licensed clinician (or associate working toward licensure) to join our small, established group practice.

We are looking for a therapist who:

• Is trauma-informed and relational/attachment-oriented
• Has at least 1–2 years of outpatient experience
• Is interested in working with teens and adults (couples/family work a plus)
• Is open to a mix of insurance and private-pay clients
• Desires to grow toward a full caseload (18–22 clients/week)
• Is seeking a longer-term professional home (2–3 year commitment)
• Additional sessions may be conducted virtually
• Credentialing with insurance panels provided
• Administrative infrastructure and EHR included
• Supervision available for associates
