Daybreak Health is seeking a remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in California to provide individual teletherapy to youth, young adults, and adults. Work from home with flexible hours, no minimum office time, and full telehealth setup.

Choose your schedule within Monday-Sunday 8am-8pm PT, aim for at least five sessions per week, receive $75-$95 per session, guaranteed pay for no-shows, onboarding stipend, paid clinical supervision, malpractice coverage, and free CE credits year-round.

Qualifications

• Active California LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LP license required.
• Experience providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults.
• Comfort with telehealth and culturally responsive practice.

What You’ll Love

• A caseload that fills. Our clinicians average a 96% caseload fill rate. Set 10 slots and expect about 9 to fill quickly.
• Referrals and intake scheduling handled for you. We match clients and book initial sessions right into your availability, so you spend your time on care.
• Your choice of clients. Work with youth and young adults (ages 11-24), adults (ages 18-60), or a blend of both.
• Total flexibility. Fully remote, no commute, and no minimum office hours.

What You Bring

• An active California LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license
• Experience providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults
• Comfort and prior experience with telehealth
• A passion for mental health care and a commitment to culturally responsive, equitable practice
