EzyVault in Baltimore, MD seeks a Mental Health Therapist to assess, plan, and provide evidence-based therapy to diverse clients. You will administer individual and group sessions, document in ICANotes, and ensure compliance with COMAR regulations and HIPAA.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, paid quarterly during good standing employment. Requirements include a Master’s in Mental Health and an active state license (LCPC/LGSW/LGPC/LCSW).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological functioning and identify treatment needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy services in accordance with COMAR regulations, maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in ICANotes.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment strategies and clinical processes to promote high-quality, client-centered care.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of and ensure compliance with all applicable COMAR regulations, HIPAA requirements, and agency policies governing client care, documentation, and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Master's Degree in Mental Health
• Must have an active state license (LCPC, LGSW, LGPC, LCSW)

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• $5,000 sign-on bonus will be paid in quarterly installments of $1,250 every three months, contingent upon continued, in good standing employment.
