BayCare Health System is seeking a Mental Health Technician to join our SIPP Behavioral Health team in New Port Richey, FL. This pool, hourly role supports compassionate inpatient care and patient well-being.

You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, monitor safety, and foster therapeutic relationships while assisting with daily activities. AHCA Level II background screening applies.

Qualifications

• Must have BLS certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Florida driver's license is required.
• Preferred: Associate's in Healthcare/Psychology.
• Preferred: CNA/PCT certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing monitoring and observation of patients to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Promote communication and therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Assist with physical care under the direction of an RN.

Mental Health Technician Prime Pool Position Details

• Status: Pool, Hourly
• Shift Hours: Varies
• Weekend Work: Every Other
• On Call: No

Responsibilities
