Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes and records Vital Signs according to policy.
• Observes and documents changes in a patient’s appearance, behavior or progress toward treatment goals.
• Identifies and communicates changes to the Charge Nurse to adjust the treatment plan.
• Establishes therapeutic relationships and assists with ADLs and discharge planning.
• Employs crisis intervention techniques and responds to psychiatric emergencies.
• Performs problem solving and documents in clinical records clearly and timely.
• Demonstrates knowledge of needs across children, adolescents, adults and older adults.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Hospital Administration.
