Job summary

Universal Health Services in Bethlehem, PA is seeking an experienced Mental Health Technician to join a state-of-the-art behavioral health facility. The MHT will support daily patient care, participate in activities, and help maintain patient safety under the supervision of an RN.

The role offers three 12-hour shifts weekly (7:00 am–7:30 pm) with weekend commitments, competitive benefits, and opportunities to work within a multidisciplinary team using EPIC electronic health records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's degree is preferred.
• One year of patient care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility offers the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.

Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Mental Health Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.

The Mental Health Technician (MHT) is responsible for carrying out the daily routines of patient care, participating in patient activities and assuring patient safety, under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or RN shift supervisor.

Schedule

Three 12-hour shifts per week, from 7:00 am - 7:30 pm, including every other weekend.
