Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services (Preferred).
• 2 years experience in a human services field or in lieu of experience a Bachelor's Degree in an area of human services Required.

Responsibilities

• Complete portion of patient assessment under the direction of Registered Nurses.
• Provide patient care.
• Assess units for safety and maintain complete and accurate documentation.
• Lead and co-leads therapeutic activities.
