Three MHT levels are offered with annual salaries of $29,328.20+, $31,799.00+, and $34,517.00+, with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits. Must be 18+.

Qualifications

• No formal degree is required for MHT I.
• One year of behavioral health patient care experience for MHT II.
• Two years of behavioral health patient care experience for MHT III.

This position works as a part of the treatment team by developing and maintaining a supportive relationship with consumers to address strengths, goals and barriers to recovery. This includes performing duties such as providing direct care to consumers of behavioral health treatment in an inpatient, outpatient or residential care setting, monitoring recovery progress toward treatment goals, de-escalation activities, participation in recovery, wellness, and social skills groups, and developing and managing other group activities. **Job Type/Salary:*** Full Time Positions Available* MHT I: Annual Salary is $29,328.20+/year, ($14.10 hr.) plus shift differentials and benefits pay!* MHT II: Annual Salary is $31,799.00/year, ($15.29 hr.) plus shift differentials and benefits pay!* MHT III: Annual Salary is $34,517.00+/year, ($16.59 hr.) plus shift differentials and benefits pay!* FLSA Status: Non-Exempt**Additional Compensation:**Along with our great benefits we also offer addition compensation for working outside of normal business hours! Below is the list of shift differential pay that you can use to boost your hourly pay rate. You can also stack your shift differential pay.
