Clarion Psychiatric Center in Pennsylvania is seeking a Mental Health Technician (MHT) for full-time work on a rotating schedule: one week 7:00am-3:30pm, second week 3:00pm-11:30pm, with weekends and holidays rotating. Overtime and coverage shifts available.

Paid sign-on of $7,000 for eligible full-time MHTs, plus shift differentials, holiday pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with patient care experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to remain calm in dynamic environments.
• Commitment to high level of patient care and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as an MHT on rotating shifts with weekends and holidays.
• Assist in inpatient treatment settings for adults and crisis stabilization; support teamwork.
