Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time Mental Health Technician for the 2nd Shift to work in our supervised group living and residential dual diagnosis programs for adults. You will provide supervision, support, and skill-building to help clients achieve independence.

We use a person-centered approach and emphasize recovery; hands-on care is not required. An orientation program and a 40-hour work week are included, with a 3:00 pm–11:00 pm schedule and a starting pay of $16 per

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with individuals having psychiatric conditions desirable.
• Must have valid driver's license and qualify for vehicle liability insurance.
• Background checks including county/state checks and drug screen.
