Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in psychology, social work, or related field required.
• CPI or other crisis intervention training preferred or required within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and helpful for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to pediatric patients with emotional/psychiatric/behavioral conditions.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu and monitor patient behavior.
• Assist with activities of daily living and treatment plan adherence.
