Job summary

Red River Youth Academy is seeking staff for 2p-10p and 10p-6a shifts to supervise and support youth in a secure environment. Training is provided. Must pass background checks, drug tests, and meet age requirements. Education and experience in youth services are valued.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED; a BA in Human Services is preferred. CPR and HWC certifications are required, with strong confidentiality and customer service skills essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; BA in Human Services preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with psychiatric or emotionally disturbed youth preferred.
• HIPAA familiarity; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• CPR and HWC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and security for clients.
• Ensure the quality of the environmental management system.
• Serve as a consistent and positive role model for the young men in our care.
• Ability to document educational and treatment groups and manage crisis situations.
• Pass an extensive background check and drug test; 21+ years old; background restrictions apply.
