Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Relevant work experience in patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Carry out procedures under supervision, including precautions and safety measures.
• Document all pertinent clinical information daily.
• Complete documentation for Seclusion/Restraint and Special Precautions.
• Duties may include additional tasks as assigned.
