Job summary

Eastside Medical Center in Georgia is seeking a dedicated patient care teammate to operate under the supervision of a registered nurse for a defined group of patients. This role supports the delivery of individualized, patient- and family-centered care within a safe and caring environment.

As a member of Piedmont Behavioral Health's multidisciplinary team, you will participate in the nursing process, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to holistic care for patients

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health sciences Preferred
• No experience required
• experience in Behavioral health and/or addictive disease Preferred
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
• Crisis Prevention within 60 Days Required

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse for a group of patients for a designated time frame.

This position provides patient care under the direction and supervision of a Registred Nurse for a group of patients for a designated time fram and provides care and interaction to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment with assistance from other healthcare members. This person functions as a member of the therapeutic team as designed by the policies and procecedures of Piedmont Behavioral Health.
