The Resource Team at McLean Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham, seeks a patient-care professional to support the RN in inpatient units. You will provide direct patient care, document care activities, and help maintain a therapeutic milieu.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree or substantial experience, at least one year in a clinical setting (psychiatry preferred). Epic training must be completed within 30 days.

Under direction of the Registered Nurse, the MHS provides direct patient care and participates in the therapeutic milieu. Critical to the role of resource team members is the ability to work with all diagnostic patient populations and the flexibility to work on all inpatient units.

Team members ensure continuity of care across diverse clinical settings, adapting quickly to different patient populations and unit protocols.
