McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA, is seeking a Resource Team member to assist RNs and provide direct patient care on inpatient units, with focus on safety and therapeutic milieu.
You will support patient rounds, documentation, crisis de‑escalation, and collaboration across units while maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to unit policies. Evening/night shifts and 40-hour work week. Epic training must be completed within 30 days, with ongoing professional development encouraged.

Under direction of the Registered Nurse, the MHS provides direct patient care and participates in the therapeutic milieu. Critical to the role of resource team members is the ability to work with all diagnostic patient populations and the flexibility to work on all inpatient units.

The Resource Team at McLean provides flexible, responsive care by supporting all 10 inpatient units and the Clinical Evaluation Center based on real-time staffing needs. Team members ensure continuity of care across diverse clinical settings, adapting quickly to different patient populations and unit protocols.
