Mass General Brigham in Belmont, MA is seeking a Per Diem Patient Care Associate under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role provides direct patient care and supports a therapeutic milieu in a psychiatric setting, with emphasis on safety, hygiene, and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Identify and report house keeping and equipment issues to keep the unit safe.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and nutritional needs.
• Escort and supervise patients for tests, exams, and procedures while maintaining safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient and staff environment and participate in daily unit operations.
