Job summary

The DHA Primary Care Mental Health Integration Program integrates mental health providers and nurses into Patient Centered Medical Homes to deliver biopsychosocial assessments and treatment for Military Health System beneficiaries.

The position requires a Master’s in Social Work and one year of specialized experience in mental health assessment and treatment within a multidisciplinary team. US Citizens only; direct hire solicitation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from a school accredited by the CSWE.
• One year of specialized experience conducting mental health assessments, providing individual and group treatment, and working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in federal or military healthcare settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments to inform care planning.
