Harbor Oaks Hospital in New Baltimore, MI, is seeking a Full Time Social Worker Supervisor to lead our clinical team and enhance psychosocial services for patients with behavioral health needs.

This role focuses on compassionate leadership, care coordination, and ensuring adherence to high standards of patient care within a community hospital setting. Monday through Friday—no nights or weekends—offers work-life balance and professional growth.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
• Three or more years' related experience working with comparative patient population.
• Supervisory experience preferred if position is responsible for supervising staff.
• State licensure: LMSW, LCSW, or LSW as required by the state.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.

Mansioni

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate patient cases with focus on illness, hospitalization, finances, education and home/community services.
• Provide crisis intervention and assist families in understanding implications of life situations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings for discharge planning.
• Supervise social work interns and provide direction to staff as needed.
• Lead the program/unit and coordinate activities of clinical staff.
• Maintain patient records and documentation in line with standards.
