Qualifications

• BSN required or MSN
• Virginia RN license or compact/multi-state eligible
• BLS within 90 days of hire
• ACLS within 1 year of hire
• 18 months RN experience

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for nursing care in the unit
• Lead safety and quality initiatives with department manager
• Improve workflow and staff development
• Support high-quality patient care in mental health/IMCU setting
