Job summary

Elite DNA Behavioral Health is seeking licensed or soon-to-be-licensed therapists to join our team across multiple locations. Our collaborative, respectful culture focuses on quality patient care and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, starting with leadership.

This role offers clinical supervision towards licensure, ongoing education access, and opportunities to grow within a supportive, patient-centered setting across 32+ state locations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Strong clinical skills and experience with a diverse patient population.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in staff meetings and case presentations.
• Provides patient-centered therapy interventions emphasizing patient involvement as part of the treatment team.
• Utilizes the EMR to document screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress, and referrals within timelines.
• Collaboratively develops treatment plans with input from patient, families, and team members.
• Demonstrates sensitivity to diversity issues in assessment and treatment.
• Shows respect for patient dignity and worth.
• Monitors progress and addresses discharge-related issues, providing outside referrals as appropriate.
• Comfortable providing 6 hours of clinical care per day, scheduling clients to meet that target.

• Utilizes the electronic medical record to document patient screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress, and referral information and completes documentation within the agency’s required timelines.
• Collaboratively develops treatment plans including input from the patient, families, treatment team members and other agencies, as appropriate.
• Demonstrates sensitivity to diversity issues in the assessment and treatment of patients.
• Demonstrates respect for the inherent dignity and worth of the patients.
• Actively monitors patient progress towards goals and addresses termination/discharge related issues, providing outside referrals at discharge/termination, as appropriate.
• Comfortable providing 6 hours of clinical care per day, usually scheduling as many clients needed to reach that target.
