Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain records, files, and data for program operations.
• Prepare narrative and statistical reports for program activities.
• Ensure compliance with data reporting requirements for contracts.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
• Serve as primary support for case managers and clinicians.
• Perform data entry in Epic Care and manage QI data.
• Utilize spreadsheets, databases, and graphics software for reporting.
• Manage forms, correspondence, and confidential projects.
