Strategic Therapy Associates, Inc. in Virginia seeks Mental Health Professionals to help clients resolve issues, prevent institutionalization, and keep families together. We offer a flexible, mostly self-directed schedule and competitive pay with bonus opportunities.

You will provide counseling in homes, communities, or schools, build rapport with clients, and complete necessary clinical documentation. QMHP eligibility is required or pursued, with supervision toward licensure and ongoing

• Bachelor’s in a human services field; QMHP eligible.
• Prior mental health experience; community-based a plus.
• Flexible, family-oriented, optimistic, and open-minded.
• Ability to work afternoons/evenings and some weekends.
• Safe driver with personal vehicle and good driving record.
