As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions reflecting our diverse patient population. Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders.
  2. Provide treatment using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, etc.
  3. Monitor treatment response and clinical symptoms, adjusting care as needed.
  4. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LIMHP, LMHP, PLMHP) in Nebraska.
  • Eligibility to enroll as a Medicare provider or ability to terminate opt-out prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and communication tools like Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
