- Bridge program options for advancing nursing licensure.
- Foreign nursing education requires degree equivalency validation.
Responsibilities
- Executes leadership-focused responsibilities to manage complex patient care.
- Collaborates in policy, procedure, and guideline development and evaluation.
- Demonstrates performance and leadership to improve patient care across units.
- Provides formal or informal feedback to peers for improvement.
- Leads governance efforts to address care and culture disparities between units.
- Evaluates outcomes of evidence-based decisions and practice changes.
