Crestwood Behavioral Health Inc. in Selma, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) for our 40-bed Healing Center campus. This full-time role delivers direct nursing care to clients per physicians’ orders and supports a recovery-oriented culture.

PM/NOC shifts with on-call duties are available. Licensure in CA, CPR/First Aid, and supervisory ability are required. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in California as a LVN or LPT.
• Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
• Ability to supervise.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members.
• Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
• Current CPR and first aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• The LVN/LPT provides direct nursing care to clients according to physicians’ orders and standards, within scope of practice.
• Provides direction to non-licensed personnel in delivering direct client care and operating the unit.
