Job summary

Universal Health Services (UHS) seeks a licensed mental health professional to support case management, psychosocial assessments, and therapy services at our Atlanta area facility. The role involves documenting patient progress, assisting with treatment planning and participating in interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Affiliated with a school that has an agreement with our Facility.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assists in case management for each patient, contacting referring agencies as required and completing required documentation.
• Assists in research, performance and documentation of psychosocial assessments within specified time frames.
• Documents patient behavior and interventions in the clinical record daily, using facility-approved formats.
• Assists in facilitating group, family, and individual therapy sessions and documents in progress notes.
