You will provide coaching, job development, and ongoing support to help participants gain confidence and long-term vocational success.

Based in Philadelphia, PA, this full-time role operates in the Open Door Clubhouse setting. The position offers a generous benefits package and a schedule of Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Administrate the employment and educational services of the Open Door Clubhouse.
• Participate in Unit Meetings and volunteer for Work Ordered Day tasks.
• Support members in job readiness and placement processes.
• Orient new members to employment and educational services.
