Job summary

Clackamas County Behavioral Health Division is seeking two Limited Term Mental Health Services Coordinators to support the Mobile Crisis Response Unit. These roles focus on care coordination, outreach, and system navigation for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges.

Collaborating with law enforcement, medical partners, housing and social service agencies, you will help clients stabilize and access ongoing care through person-centered and trauma-informed approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with SPMI and SUD.
• Strong care coordination and crisis response skills.
• Ability to liaise with multidisciplinary partners.
• Experience developing behavioral health response plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and connect clients to services to stabilize housing and health.
• Engage with behavioral health providers, housing agencies, and community partners.
• Provide outreach and de-escalation during crises.
