Job summary

Providence Crisis Stabilization Center in Anchorage, AK is hiring a Mental Health Counselor to support clinical programming at the Crisis Recovery Center. You will provide direct client care, including assessment, treatment planning, individual, family, group and milieu therapies.

We are hiring for the following Mental Health Counselor Masters positions at Providence Crisis Stabilization Center in Anchorage, AK!

Currently available schedules:

• Full time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, 40 hours per week.

$10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Responsible for supporting all aspects of the clinical programming for the Crisis Recovery Center. Provides direct client care services in all assigned areas that includes assessment, treatment planning, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and milieu therapy. Plans and provides client, family, peer and community education and coordinates services with other health care professionals including interaction with physicians or ARNP responsible for the care of the client.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or Health related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upon hire: Professional Counselor License (LPC) Or
• Upon hire: Psychological Associate License (LPA) Or
• Upon hire: Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW)
• 2 years Clinical experience.
