Job summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Mental Health Counselor in our Group Living Environments (GLE's) to support adults on their path to recovery. You will work collaboratively with residents to promote independence, skills, and well-being in a safe, supportive home setting.

You will provide guidance, daily living support, and emotional wellness activities while coordinating with a dedicated ACCS team to empower residents through person-centered care and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Must work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Evening and weekend hours required; valid driver’s license and transportation may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with residents to reach personal goals with guidance and daily living support.
• Help individuals strengthen physical and emotional wellness while building life skills.
• Encourage self-advocacy, connection, and community involvement through coaching.
• Collaborate with ACCS team to deliver person-centered care and growth.
