Qualifications

• Masters degree in a related field.
• HB 1724 defined Mental Health Professional credentials (e.g., LMHP, LMFTA, LMHCA, LSWAIC, LASW, LSWAIC).
• Prior experience in mental health counseling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered counseling, advocacy and case management for patients.
• Develop treatment plans identifying patient voice, strategies and outcomes.
• Meet agency documentation standards and contract requirements.
• Tailor clinical/case management services to diverse patient needs.
• Contribute to MultiCare expectations, values and continuous learning.
