Sentience Psychological Services, PLLC is an outpatient psychological practice serving adults throughout Arizona. We are seeking a full-time associate-level counselor or social worker who holds an Arizona Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license, including a temporary license. Applicants must have a master’s degree focused on psychological counseling.
Our practice is made up of clinicians who value professionalism, compassion, strong clinical judgment, and continued learning. This position is designed for an associate-level therapist who wants to develop their clinical skills while working toward independent licensure in a supportive professional environment.
Therapists have the opportunity to work in two primary settings.
Outpatient Office: Provide individual psychotherapy to adults at our centrally located Phoenix office. Currently, the greatest need for this position is within our outpatient office.
Long-Term Care: Provide psychotherapy to adults residing in long-term care facilities throughout the Phoenix area. We structure these assignments to minimize unnecessary driving. There is a need to work with this population for about a day each week.
The position offers a $65,000 base salary, with the opportunity to earn bi-weekly bonus compensation for total annual earnings of up to $85,800.

2 hours of supervision each week at no cost to the clinician. Supervisors are approved by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
