Job summary

Legacy Behavioral Health Center, Inc. is seeking Mental Health Counselors to serve Okeechobee County and surrounding areas. The role involves providing mental health services in the field and community to individuals across ages in Indian River County, with both in-person and telehealth options.

The position is an Independent Contractor with a flexible schedule and 25+ hours per week preferred. Travel within the county is required; bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Experience working with children and families is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

The candidate will provide mental health services in the field/community to children, adolescents, families and adults throughout Indian River County.

Independent contractor position with flexible schedule. Full time hours (25+ hours) preferred.

Skills/ Requirements

• Okeechobee County; must be willing to travel;
• Master's Degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work or related fields;
• Experience in working with children and families;
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred;
• Preferably Licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT);
• In-person and telehealth (not telehealth only).

Pay Comments: Independent Contractor. Competitive hourly rate.
