Griffith Centers is an HRSA/National Health Service Corps approved site. Eligible licensed clinicians may qualify to apply for federal student loan repayment programs through HRSA/NHSC while employed at Griffith Centers. Loan repayment awards are determined by HRSA/NHSC and are not guaranteed by Griffith Centers.
Employment will begin on a part-time basis as you establish your clinical foundation within the organization. Scheduled hours will depend on the volume of incoming referrals, client demand, and your active caseload. As a result, a minimum number of weekly hours cannot be guaranteed.
As client demand and caseload volume increase, employees may become eligible for full-time status when organizational needs, available work, and performance expectations support a full-time schedule. Full-time status is generally anticipated when clinicians maintain approximately 30 billable hours per week; however, designation of full-time employment remains subject to organizational needs and management approval.

All employees may be subject to an initial evaluation period of approximately 90 days; however, this initial evaluation does not guarantee any term of employment, and completion of the introductory period does not alter the at-will nature of employment.
